The spacious apartment was a highlight, providing ample room for our family. we encountered a drainage issue in the shower, which affected our comfort during the stay. While the food options could improve, we appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. It’s a decent choice for families, given the space and amenities available.

the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful during check-in. the washing machine had no dryer function.

We had a pure braw stay! The huge clean apartment had everything we needed, and the staff were brilliant, especially Mr Kareem sorting things out like a pro. Just wish the shower could’ve worked a wee bit better. But honestly, a cracking place!

The hotel carpets in the corridor look worn-out!!! Fire alarm incidents without communication from staff reflect serious management gaps!!! Separate floor allocations for booked apartments can be quite inconvenient!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially the breakfast that featured a fantastic array of options, including some delightful Indian dishes. The cleanliness of my apartment was impressive, making it a welcoming spot to return to after a day of exploring. The staff were genuinely attentive and handled my requests seamlessly, making my experience all the better. One minor note is that the gym could use a few more machines for better workouts during travels.

Our family enjoyed a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The staff were particularly helpful , especially with the diverse food options available.

One minor drawback was the somewhat outdated washing machine, which caused slight inconvenience during our extended stay.

the management here is super friendly, especially mr hari who made my stay feel so welcoming. the room was upgraded and really comfy with nice beds and a big smart tv. loved the clean atmosphere and the helpful staff like divya and phyo. also, the breakfast was pretty good with a mix of options! the pool area on the 14th floor was a chill spot to hang out.

the a/c couldn't seem to get warm enough sometimes, and some furniture could use a little sprucing up.
